My expertise spans APQP and PPAP processes, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methods—disciplines I have successfully applied to drive measurable results.
I have led the deployment of Operational Excellence programs, coaching and mentoring Design Engineers and Quality Professionals to ensure project sustainment and knowledge transfer.
My career has also included leadership in procurement and supplier management, fostering collaboration across Quality, Engineering, and Program Management to enhance efficiency, synergy, and a culture of continuous improvement. In addition, I directed a Minority Business Enterprise and Supplier Diversity program for over five years, supporting inclusive growth and resilient supply chains.
