I am Michael McLean, Managing Director of McLean Management Consultants and a Distinguished Adjunct Professor at Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep, Thailand. I'm a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an Academic Fellow, and a Certified Management Consultant. I'm lectures at Macquarie Business
School and Western Sydney University on manufacturing, defense supply chains, and operations management.
I'm on the advisory committees for Thammasat University and IEEE
TEMS Thailand, and represents the Australian Industry Group on Standards Australia’s national quality committee. I have published academic research on TQM, risk, supply chains, lean systems, and digital twins, and is co-author of Manufacturing Money.
My intellectual property includes the Problem Solving Pocket Guide and the trademark Keep Change Create™.
I am Mario Jáuregui, an Industrial and Systems Engineer with a Master's in Business Administration and certifications in Quality, Environmental, and Safety management standards, among others. With more than 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, I lead Quality and Continuous Improvement programs in the automotive, steel, metalworking, electronics, and data center industries. I maximize every business opportunity by leading teams and individuals to achieve extraordinary performance, adding value through decision-making to exceed objectives, and working globally with different functions and cultures. I am certified by the American Society for Quality for root cause analysis programs and by ITESM in Six Sigma. I am convinced that multidisciplinary work and operational discipline are the keys to success. I work as a coach, mentor, and instructor in the implementation of a proactive culture of quality and continuous improvement in the operating plant, where things happen. I guide collaborators and team leaders to act as owners to achieve strategic objectives.
